This morning I woke up, stumbled to the fridge to grab my obligatory diet coke and I was stopped by a message Levi left for me…..

ZZ Top Concert
This past Thursday night Levi and I joined my parents and Uncle Duane for the greatness of ZZ Top at Billy Bob’s. We had front row seats for one of the best concerts we’ve ever seen! We went to Los Vaqueros for dinner and someone ordered me a Vaquero Margarita, which is like a normal margarita with 12 shots of Cuervo. Needless to say I was very happy the whole night and slightly handsy. It was my father’s last day of work, he retired from AT&T after 30 years! Congrats Poppy!! I felt the need to tell most of Billy Bob’s to congratulate my dad as well. Hey, I’ve always been a daddy’s girl:0)

House Warming Party!!
Last night I had a house warming party…but it was more of a fiesta. Everyone from the family was there to enjoy fajitas, enchiladas and Margaritas!! It got a little crazy, but it wouldn’t be a true family get together if it weren’t a little crazy:0)

Levi was “unavoidably detained” this past Sunday when we traveled to my Great Grandmother’s to celebrate her 90th Birthday. It’s a shame, he missed out on the subject matter for many family roasts to come.

Howdy!!

So, this is our blog!! YAY! Welcome to the strange and seeming inconsequential world of Erin and Levi. This blog is for us to keep in touch with family and to vent some of the curious musings of our noodles (brains in normal, people speak). With our loved ones scattered about the country we thought this would be a great way to stay connected.
